My Experience with Restorative Yoga
Today was the last restorative yoga class of the semester. I came out of the session feeling more rejuvenated than ever!
If you don’t know what restorative yoga is, it’s a form of relaxing your physical body to allow yourself to be mentally clear. Basic poses are as simple as just lying on your back with legs propped up on pillows (no need to be flexible), and to someone who peeks in...

I am a creator
My dream is to be a creator. I strive to turn good ideas into reality, transform the impossible into tangible beauty, and make magic happen. I live everyday to share, teach, love, give, laugh, thrive, inspire with presence and clarity in all areas of life. I am here to contribute and lead with integrity and ambition. All I did was show up and my brother gives up his room, my parents shower me with chinese herbal medicine and snacks (one thing they fervently believe in), my grandparents take me out to eat on two...
Life is not a destination; it is a journey
What is my goal? Why am I trying to reach this goal? Do I have a honest passion in pursuing my goal?
I think I’m in a half-mid-life crisis, without even knowing it.
Things become so routine we hardly question ourselves at the present. What is it that is so worthy of our valuable time, that we end up slaving after and making sacrifices for? And for whom? Yourself? Your family? For dignity...
I just want to be seen.
“Have you ever wanted to tell someone everything about you so that they could understand you? I feel like that all the time. The problem with social situations is that a person can only make their judgments by what they see. A stranger could be friendly and talk to you, but if you aren’t equally as friendly you may be misconstrued as a snob when really you could just be defensive...
